COUWe offer a full range of services from clothing sourcing and supply through to a variety of garment printing methods and high quality embroidery. We have extensive knowledge of all aspects of the trade from manufacture and importing for our larger clients, through to retailing from our East London trade counter.NTER.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is by far the most durable and striking method of branding your clothing. We use new, top of the range, market leading, 15 colour Embroidery machines from Tajima and the best threads from Madeira, to ensure a top quality finish. We have the capacity for any sized order. We operate a minimum order value of £35 +vat and design set up costs starting at £25 +vat. Embroidery is charged per 1000 stitch, so to offer an accurate assessment on price we would need to see a clear image of your artwork first.
VINYL PRINTING
This method of printing is suitable for low quantities and favourable, for example, for one off names and numbers for sports kits. Unlike screen printing, no set up charges are applied unless any artwork needs to be redrawn/vectored. No minimum quantities. We have a huge range of coloured vinyls, including foil, holographic, glitter and camouflage.
SCREEN PRINTING
We can screen print any quantity from 1 to 200,000, between 1 and 16 colours. We can provide virtually every type of ink and application known to the industry including foil application, discharge inks, glitters, hi-build and puff inks, diamante application and leather effects and varnishes. All deadline dates covered along with competitive pricing. Set up costs applicable with a minimum print run of 25 pieces.
DIGITAL TRANSFER PRINTING
We offer a full range of digital transfers, up to A4 size. We can provide full colour transfers of photographic quality that can be applied to light and dark coloured garments. We can also make temporary tattoos and stickers. Apply to wood, glass and much more. High resolution artwork is needed for this service to achieve the best effect. Artwork can be redrawn/vectored at a cost. Otherwise there are no set up costs or minimum quantities applied.
DIGITISING & VECTORING
The process of Digitising is to convert your design into a format that can be read by our Embroidery machines. It is essential that this part of the process is done to a high standard as it will determine the quality of the finished product. Prices start from £25 +vat for graphical designs.
Vector art is ideal for printing as the image is made from a series of mathematical curves, it will print very crisply even when resized. For instance, we can print a vectored image on a small sheet of paper, then enlarge the same vectored image to billboard size and it keeps the same sharp quality. It is necessary if you decide on vinyl printing. Costs for this will depend on the complexity of the design.
SCHOOL UNIFORMS
We are the complete solution for School Uniform. We have an online shop with which we can serve customers and schools nationwide. We have a counter service at our premises for schools that wish to direct their parents to a local shop. We operate a click and collect service for parents that would like the convenience of online shopping with the added advantage of collecting at a time that suits them. Being a free agent and not tied to supplying one brand like many of the large retailers, we are able to offer real diversity in the products we can provide. We hold accounts with all of the top names in school uniform manufacturing and can supply clothing fit for the demands of the school environment. In addition to school uniform we offer a full range of personalised clothing to schools such as Leavers’ Hoodies, sports clothing and staff wear. For schools wishing to redesign their school uniform, we offer a bespoke specials service where our experienced team will discuss your needs, offer expert advice and provide sample fabric and garments to help meet your requirements.
