Back to School – Important Information
Please order as early as possible. We are now in our busiest Back to School period and our guarantee deadline has passed, so we can no longer guarantee that orders placed now will be ready for the start of term.
Stock: Online and in-store orders are supplied from the same stock. Some sizes and items may sell out during this busy period, so ordering online early is the best way to secure what you need.
Click & Collect: Click & Collect is not an instant collection service. Your order must first be picked and prepared by our team. Please wait for your “Ready to Collect” email before travelling to collect your order.
Order times: Please allow up to 14 working days for order processing and dispatch during August and September. We will, of course, get orders ready sooner wherever possible.
Visiting us: We are currently operating extended Back to School opening hours. Please check our latest opening times before travelling.
Parking: There is strictly no customer parking in the yard. Please use nearby public parking and help us keep the yard clear for deliveries, access and our neighbouring businesses.

Available both in-store where items can be purchased, as well as via online with options for free click and collect or home delivery, we will always strive to ensure the best level of service is provided.
